Two Men Brandishing A Knife And An Axe At Each Other In Stratford Street In London

These shocking photographs show the moment two men brandish a knife and an axe at one another in the street just a few yards from an Army Reserve barracks.

The altercation happened in broad daylight at around 12 noon today, as both men left their cars in the middle of the street in Stratford, east London. 

One man was seen with an axe in his hand, while the other appeared to be holding a knife

Witnesses said the men had threatened one another, but climbed back into their cars and drove away before the police arrived. No one was injured.
