Two wealthy Nigerian students battered a classmate with a shisha pipe as they rowed over whose dad was the richest.

Elvis Ilonze, 20, who is so rich he had his Mercedes covered in fur, attacked childhood pal Prince Nnaji at their home in Brighton.

Ilonze then chased his friend down along with Daniel Oluyemi, 24, as he tried to flee before beating him with a wine bottle.

They also attacked law student Chiedozie Dibiagwu, 23, who was sat on a chair nearby and pushed Mr Nnaji’s girlfriend Louanna Rayawa to the ground.

PDP Chieftain Bode George Loses 42-Year-Old Son

A former deputy national chairman of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olabode George, has reportedly lost his son, Dipo, who is said to be 42 years old. His death is said to have shaken the family. 

Reports indicates that Dipo died in a hospital in Ikoyi on Thursday, May 10, after a long battle with an undisclosed ailment.  

He was said to have been born by George’s first wife, Feyi.  Meanwhile, the Lagos state chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has condoled with the former Olabode George, over the death of Dipo.  

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Dipo died in the early hours of Thursday at the age of 42.  He had been suffering from a protracted illness before his death in a Lagos hospital.  

The state’s party chairman, Moshood Salvador, in a statement issued after a condolence visit to the George family, said that the Lagos chapter was devastated by the news.  He said the party shared in the grief of the family during the trying period.

Man Calls Out Another Man For Snatching His Wife Of 20 Years (Photos)

An alleged abusive husband identified as Gideon Simwanza, who got separated from his wife, has accused a Zambian District Education Standard Officer (DESO) Mr Victor Simufwi, of snatching his wife of 20 years.

The estranged husband who said he got married to his wife in 1998, has been reportedly abusing his wife for more than 13 years by going out with many women, beating her and even chasing her from their house.

Mr Simwanza’s relative, who spoke to newsmen, said the lady who was almost killed by her husband, even got a transfer from Mkushi to Nakonde at Ntindi Basic School just to runaway from her abusive husband.

Popular singer, Simi has thrown her weight behind Noble Igwe for listing major fraud fronts in the country.

Kikiotolu recalls that Noble Igwe on Saturday disclosed that record label owners, car dealers and club owners in Lagos are major fraud fronts in the country, calling the attention of EFCC to them.

This was after the anti-graft agency stormed Club 57 in Ikoyi and arrested over 12 suspected internet fraudsters.

Noble had stirred controversies and was dragged by some Nigerians for “snitching” on fraudsters after he listed music industry, clubs as major fraud fronts in Nigeria.

However, Simi, who was among those on the side of the media personality, expressed shock that some Nigerians were defending fraud in the country.

Thieves Rob N500k From Bank Customers, Lost It To A Stronger Robbery Gang

Two thieves have been arrested by men of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS after they allegedly robbed unsuspecting bank customers of N500,000. But were shortly after, robbed by another deadlier gang of the loot.

The victims had gone to a commercial bank in Agbara, Ogun State, to withdraw the money and ran into Lateef and his partner-in-crime, 20-year old Benjamin Oforitse.

All suspects, numbering five, are currently being interrogated at the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (FSARS) in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

As part of the moves to oust President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress in 2019, the major opposition parties and third force elements are expected to hold joint and separate talks in the coming days with a view to forging an alliance and supporting one presidential candidate.

Some of the parties that will participate in the discussions include the Peoples Democratic Party, the Olusegun Obasanjo -backed African Democratic Congress, and the Chief Olu Falae- led Social Democratic Party among others.

Already, the Nigerian Intervention Movement, co-chaired by Dr Olisa Agbakoba (SAN) and Dr Abdujalil Tafawa - Balewa, is presently holding alliance talks with the Coalition for New Nigeria, a coalition of 35 political parties.
