“I Wanted To See That He’s Not Special” – Women Arrested For Raping Pastor.

Three women have appeared before a court accused of gang raping a pastor who went round to their home to demand money they owed him. Western Commonage Magistrates Court in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, heard how the holy man was grabbed and forced onto a bed and then stripped.

The three women Sandra Ncube, 21, Riamuhetsi Mlauzi, 23, and Mongiwe Mpofu, 25, were in the dock charged with aggravated indecent assault.

The body of Celine Dookhran, 19, (pictured left and middle) was found inside a £1.5million home in south west London and a court heard the Indian Muslim was 'raped and murdered after she started seeing an Arab Muslim'. Ms Dookhran was allegedly kidnapped bound and gagged with the other woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and taken to an address in south west London (shown inset and right) where they were raped and Ms Dookran was killed on July 19. 

Three Policemen Dismissed For ‘Robbing’ Residents Of N200,000 In Lagos

Three policemen attached to the Area N Command, Ijede, Ikorodu, Lagos State, have been dismissed from the Nigeria Police Force for unlawful arrest and extortion.

The dismissed cops are Inspector Okelue Nkemeonye with Administrative Police Number, 136005; Sergeant Braimoh Sunday, with Force Number, 355897, and Yusuf Olukoga with F.No., 359928.

10 Suspected Migrants Dead After Packed, Overheated Tractor-Trailer Found in Texas Walmart Parking Lot

Ten people have died and more than a dozen more face life-threatening injuries after authorities discovered them in the back of a packed and overheated 18 wheeler in San Antonio, Texas, early on Sunday.

A security guard at a Walmart in the southwest of the city received a tipoff from an unknown individual that a tractor-trailer in the store's parking lot was full of migrants, said Joe Arrington, a spokesman for the San Antonio Fire Department.

The person had been in the truck and approached the member of staff to ask for water, San Antonio Police Chief William McManus later told reporters.

Nigerian Poet, Journalist, Actor and Yoruba Translator, Alàgbà Adebayo Faleti is dead.
The accomplished thespian was 87 years old. 
His son, Adeniyi, told our correspondent that he was helping his father with his bath when he died.

According to him, his father observed the early morning devotion with his family members when he woke up and soon after, told them that he prayed to God to send someone else to continue his mission as he was tired and longing for home.

Lagos LG polls: APC Wins Lagos Local Government Elections

The local government council election held yesterday was reported at press time, that APC candidates had won the chairman position in Lagos Island LG, Badagry West LCDA, Epe LG, Eredo LCDA, Onigbongbo LCDA; Lagos Island East LCDA; Ikorodu LG, Ikorodu West LCDA; Badagry LG; and Ejigbo LCDA.
It was gathered that APC not just took the lead but ride other parties with great margin.

Tragic: Refuse Truck Kills LG Chairmanship Aspirant on Eve of Lagos Council Election

A refuse truck, commonly referred to as PSP truck, has killed a chairmanship aspirant of the Ikotun/Igando Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Lagos on the eve of local government election in the state.

The deceased, Shakiru Balogun, 52, also known as SAB, for short, was a former Chairman, National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) of the LCDA and a member of the All Progressives Congress.
