Dapo Abiodun Joins Mountain Of Fire (MFM), Shares Testimony (Photos)



Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, official joins Mountain Of Fire and Miracles Ministries also known as MFM as he gave his breakthrough testimonies over the years before becoming the governor.


Dapo Abiodun said he was really destined to be the governor of Ogun State after many setbacks raging from 1996 to date.

Sowore’s Car Bashed During His Arrest (Photos)


Fox Meek just obtained photos of Sowore's car that was reportedly bashed by Department of State Services operatives during the arrest of the human rights activist and pro-democracy campaign as shared by a Nigerian journalist, Abiodun Sanusi.

According to an eyewitness report, DSS officers hit the Lexus Jeep of Sowore 'like kidnappers would do to make way for themselves.'

Mr. Sowore was picked up at his apartment at about 1am this morning and he managed to post a distress tweet at exactly 1:25 am.

The security operatives seized Sowore’s mobile phone when he attempted to raise alarm over the invasion of his residence.

The journalist wrote; “This is Omoyele Sowore 's car batched by State Security Service DSS during is illegal abduction (State Kidnap) at about 01:15am over the night.

Sowore and his brother who drove the car were assaulted by DSS officers. His brother was injured in the head and in the leg.”

Lady Found Strangled To Death Inside A Hotel In Rivers (Graphic Photos)


The police in Rivers state are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a lady, Precious Maureen Ewuru, who was found dead in a hotel room in D/Line Port Harcourt, Rivers state on Thursday August 1st.
Preliminary investigation by the police shows that Precious came into the hotel on Wednesday night July 31st and made a reservation. Later, she was joined by a man believed to be her boyfriend. By Thursday morning August 1st, her corpse was discovered by the hotel staff with the man not anywhere in sight.

Obaseki Is An Ingrate, Ayiri Emami Blasts Chief Edwin Clark

Chief Ayiri Emami, the Ologbotsere (traditional Prime Minister) of Warri Kingdom on Friday urged elder statesman, Chief Edwin Clark to stop interfering in the politics of Edo State saying he is shocked by the comments he made on the political crisis rocking the state.

It will be recalled that Clark had faulted the ultimatum the two chambers of the National Assembly to the Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, to issue a fresh proclamation on the inauguration of the state House of Assembly or risk a take over of the Assembly.

He said the directive from the federal lawmakers was unconstitutional.

Male and Female Traffic Robbers Caught In Anambra state.


According to reports, the Anambra state police command have arrested two ”one chance” robbery suspects and their female accomplices.

A statement from the command says the suspects were arrested after their failed attempt to rob a 30-year-old woman, Nwanye Philomina of her N400, 000 on Tuesday July 30th.

Rochas Okorocha Awarded 12 Contracts Worth N20 Billion To One Company


Rochas Okorocha, former governor of Imo state, awarded 12 contracts worth N20 billion to Zigreat International Company Limited between November 15, 2013, and November 3, 2017, TheCable can report.

Documents obtained by TheCable showed that the contracts were awarded to this company in violation of the public procurement act.

TheCable understands that in 2010, the administration of Ikedi Ohakim, a former governor, modelled the procurement act of the state after that of the federal government.

The act says to bid for contracts, a company needs to present three years tax clearance, audited accounts, evidence of work experience as the main contractor executing or having executed a minimum of four (4) projects of similar complexity, evidence of possession of relevant machinery and equipment and scanned copies of certificates of technical/professional staff of the company.

Pastor Resigns As COZA Board Of Trustees Member With Immediate Effect


Three weeks after Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo stepped down as Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) over allegations of rape brought against him by Busola Dakolo, a board member of the Ministry has resigned.

In a letter addressed to Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo dated July 19th, Obafemi Banigbe said he was no longer interested in being a member of the COZA Board of Trustees, thus he tendered his resignation “with immediate effect and for personal reasons.”

Pastor Banigbe is the first member of the church’s board to tender a public resignation from the ministry, after Pastor Fatoyinbo stepped down on a leave of absence amidst immense pressure mounted on him by Nigerians.

Abba Kyari: Atiku Is Cameroonian In 'Flesh & Blood'. COS To Election Tribunal


Abba Kyari, Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday told the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal that the presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar, in the Feb. 23 general election is a Cameroonian “flesh and blood’’.

Kyari, who was led through his deposition by Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN, Counsel for the president, insisted that Jada, hometown of the former vice president was in Adamawa Province, an enclave that belonged to Northern Cameroon in 1946 when he (Atiku) was born.


He explained that Atiku was already born in 1946 before the plebiscite was conducted in 1961 to balcanize Nigeria and Cameroon where Jada which was part of Northern Cameroon voted to become Nigerian territory.

Woman Delivers Quintuplets After 20 Years Of Marriage Without A Child [photo]


Ghanaian woman, who has been married for the past 20 years without a child, has been blessed with five babies (quintuplets). The 45-year-old known as Maame Cynthia welcomed her bundle of joy, two girls and three boys at Sam-J Specialist Hospital at Haatso, Accra in Ghana. The babies were conceived through in-vitro fertilisation.

Maame Cynthia revealed how two of her impatient husbands divorced her due to her inability to conceive but that, she stressed, did not deter her from hoping to celebrate the fruit of her womb.
