A lorry's tipper truck has been left wedged almost vertically against a bridge on a busy London road after a lorry collided with the bridge.
Huge queues were formed behind the accident, which initially closed one lane of traffic after the incident at around 1pm today.
At 5.45pm the entire westbound carriage was closed while the truck was removed.

Pictures from the scene show that the lorry which was towing the truck is nowhere to be seen - and it is unclear how the truck came to be in a position to get stuck in the first place.
The collision took place on the A406 North Circular road in northwest London, near the junction with Great Central Way.
People near the incident took to social media in response, and one twitter user said the sound of the truck striking the bridge was 'like an explosion'.
There is reportedly no structural damage to the footbridge.
