A stunning mansion has gone on the rental market for a whopping £780,000 per year - and it's one of the most expensive in Britain.
Audley House is a Grade II listed Georgian home with a master bedroom suite that is one-and-a-half times the size of the average new UK home at 1,500 square feet.
In August, the average UK home was just 925 square feet – barely half the size they were in the 1920s, according to the Institution of British Architects.
The six-storey home, advertised by estate agent Wetherell, is spread over 8,346 sq/ft, has four reception rooms, five VIP bedroom suites, a family kitchen, a gym and private walled gardens.

Peter Wetherell, managing director of Wetherell, said: 'Taking into perspective that a client could have assets of £500 million or £1 billion, spending £720,000 per annum to rent a mansion in Mayfair is literally pocket change.'
Tenants will have to pay £15,000 a week to rent the £35million London mansion, on top of £125,000 a year for bills including council tax, gas and electricity, water bills,TV licence and security.
Just like with a run-of-the-mill rental, interested parties will have to fork out a six week deposit and the first month's rent if they want the home.
On this occasion it means paying the landlord £150,000, which is only slightly less than the £167,000 average price paid for a home in England and Wales.

A five-bedroom flat in One Hyde Park in Knightsbridge, London, costs a whopping £45,000 a week to rent.
It has a dining room seating 10 comfortably, a media room, a large family kitchen and several bathrooms.
Also in the high price range is Brick Street in Mayfair, which has a house available for £30,000 per week.
It has seven bedrooms, six reception rooms, seven bathrooms, a spa and sauna and a cinema room.
A six-bedroom property at 116 Knightsbridge is also competing for most expensive, at £25,000 per week. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, four reception rooms and a gym.
Church Road, Wimbledon Park, is at the same price as this stunning mansion, and is available to rent for £15,000 per week.
It is a five-bedroom detached house with two reception rooms, a dining room, kitchen with open-plan breakfast room, utility room, two walk-in-wardrobes and a garden.
Chelsea Harbour in Chelsea drops below Audley House at £10,000 per week.
It has three bedrooms, one kitchen, two balconies, a study and a gym.
