A wanted man has responded to police's public appeal to help find him with an unusual request.
Officers issued a warrant for Daniel Damon on Monday when he failed to answer bail for traffic and drug matters, publicising the move on their Facebook page.
The 25-year-old from Epsom in Victoria then personally responded to their social media announcement by asking officers to use aBETTER
mug shot of him.


'Yea [sic] I plan on it once I get a few things in order ... just gotta [sic] organise myself a lawyer and get everything organised,' Mr Damon wrote back.
The 25-year-old then proceeded to respond to comments from various other social media users on the comment thread.

caught the attention of many humoured readers, it was the response from police which hailed the most 'likes'.

Police have described him as being of medium build, 180cm tall, with brown hair and eyes, numerous tattoos and a fair complexion.
'INVESTIGATORS
have released an image of Damon in the hope that someone may have some information on his current whereabouts or urge him to hand himself into police,' the statement read.
