President Muhammadu Buhari received outgoing Ambassador Kadre Desire Ouedraogo, the outgoing President of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS, Minister of State Foreign Affairs, Hajia Khadija Bukar Ibrahim and Mrs Salamatu Suleimon at the Statehouse on 1st March ,2016.
