Olukunle A. Oyekanmi, a correctional officer at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Boyds, close to Clarksburg, is accused of attacking the inmate early Tuesday morning.
An investigation confirmed that Oyekanmi, forty one, entered the girl’s cell about 6:20 a.m. and sexually assaulted her, police stated. Surveillance video showed Oyekanmi was inside the inmate’s cell on the time of the alleged attack.
