Wearing a white fur coat, the Londoner was hobbling around on a pair of crutches after meeting a friend for dinner.
However, despite her injury, the model was in good spirits as she enjoyed pre-Christmas drinks with some pals.
There was no mention of any accidents on her Twitter page, with the beauty tweeting wise sayings instead.
On Wednesday, she tweeted:
