The 48-year-old actor recently listed his Beverly Hills mansion with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms for sale after previously renting out the 15,000-square-foot property.
The Hollywood star was seeking $200,000 per month to stay in his mansion.
The estate served as the site of Martin's wedding in 2010 to Shamicka Gibbs that was attended by 120 guests, including Eddie Murphy and Denzel Washington.
Martin and Shamicka were together for 15 years before their wedding.
