Omateki Computer Boss, Florence Seriki Is Dead

Founder of Omatek Computer Ventures, Mrs Florence Seriki is dead. She died at the Lagos University teaching Hospital (LUTH) after a long battle with cancer. 

Seriki was a notable entrepreneur and industrialist who started Omatek Ventures Plc, 22 years ago.


She was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the first completely knocked down Computer factories in Nigeria and Ghana.

Before her death, Florence Seriki was a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers. Nigerian Computers Society (NCS) and the Institute of Directors. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).
