Actor Gbenro Confirms Marital Crisis With Wife Osas Ighodaro - Release Shocking Details

Nollywood star, Gbenro Ajibade confirmed rift between him and his wife Osas Ighodaro as he took to his Instagram page to rant bitterly. The duo met and fell in love while on the set of Tinsel, just like Damilola Adegbite and Chris Atoh among others.

There has been a rumour of possible break up between the Nigerian Actor and his wife since the end of 2018, which neither of them confirmed.

The Producer, Model and Presenter and his wife played dumb to their separation rumour as both couples fail to dispell its possibility.

However, Gbenro bitterly ranted about his wife negligence to their baby welfare.

He said: “Who leaves their baby in the house and goes out to party and hang with friends/event from 6 pm till 5 am?!!

“It’s not the first, second, third or fourth time. The other night you slept out, you sent our baby with a stranger to drop her off back home with the nanny so you can be out all night.” He Concluded.

In a recent interview with The Punch, the actor disclosed that despite the fact that his wife’s family is on his neck, he is yet to get his green card because he isn’t ready.

Disclosing more, the father of one said himself and Osas had already tied the knot via court wedding in the US for two years before the public got to know they were dating.

He said: “It is funny how people think. I and Osas had been legally married in a court in the US two years even before the public knew we were going out. If I had wanted a green card, I would have done it since but I felt it would be a distraction. I didn’t marry her because of that.”

On how they met, the actor revealed that he was in a relationship and Osas who was his friend as at that time, would drop him off at his girlfriend’s house.

Over time, they became close and they developed feelings for each other which eventually led to a serious relationship and marriage followed.

In his words: “Osas was my friend. The first time she came into the country, she even used to drop me off at my girlfriend’s house. We were that close up until the time we became really close. We had a mutual interest and she had my back. Then, I had faced so many injuries from back stabbing and snitches. Our friendship is what has been keeping us going.”
