The 42 year old nollywood actress will be replacing female music rapper and fashion designer, Sasha.
Although no official announcement has been made yet but papers have been signed and she would be officially unveiled in a matter of days from now.
Kate will be joining the likes of Banky W, Sasha and Don Jazzy on the list of showbiz personalities that have been chosen as brand ambassadors of the company, Samsung.
