Cristiano Ronaldo gets gold CR7 Nike boots after winning fourth Ballon d'Or

The boot has Ronaldo's 'CR7' branding on the side and has the word 'victories' on it
Nike have congratulated Cristiano Ronaldo on his fourth Ballon d'Or triumph by releasing a commemorative football boot after the Portuguese was named the world's best player.
Only 777 pairs of the Mercurial Superfly CR7 Vitorias will be released in the new year on Nike's website as the American sports brand celebrate his recent achievements.
Ronaldo led Real Madrid to a Champions League final win over neighbours Atletico Madrid before helping Portugal to defy the odds by winning Euro 2016.

Ronaldo has been named the world's best player for the fourth time
The 31-year-old has rounded off a fine year by beating Lionel Messi and Antonie Griezmann to the Ballon d'Or award.
His new boot features his 'CR7' branding and has gold plating on the bottom to commemorate his outstanding year.
Nike have named the boot 'vitorias' as the Portuguese word translates to 'victories' in English.
Nike have released a new boot following Cristiano Ronaldo's fourth Ballon d'Or win
Ronaldo, who is currently in Japan for the FIFA Club World Cup, said of his fourth Ballon d'Or win: 'In my head, I have always considered myself to be different from the others.
'So, I believed that I could be the best player in the world.
'But a trophy of this magnitude is dependent on multiple factors. I could not have been certain of anything, because it did not entirely depend on me.
'I thought that I could win it once, not four times.'
