Trump ‘Deportation Force’ Just Shot A Legal Resident

.
Trump’s immigration crackdown chalked up another casualty today, and it may have all been a big mistake.

A 53-year-old Chicago man was shot in the arm by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)  agents attempting to make an arrest after they burst into his home at 6:20 a.m. in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the city’s Northwest side, according to the Chicago Tribune.

ICE put out a statement saying that they shot Felix Torres because he aimed a weapon at them. The ICE Office of Professional Responsibility will review the case.

However, there are conflicting reports. Torres daughter told NBC 5 Chicago that her father didn’t own a gun and that the ICE agents never identified themselves. They were apparently trying to arrest Torres’ son, also a legal resident.
