The 44-year-old fashion icon joined Puff Daddy as he sailed the Balearic Sea off the coast of Spanish party island Ibiza.
Naomi looked slender in a cute, floral, two piece swimsuit and wide brimmed Panama hat as she relaxed in the company of the I'll Be Missing You rapper and two other women.
Puff, real name Sean Combs also wore a Panama and chose a dapper yellow button down T-shirt and tailored grey shorts to complete his seafaring outfit.
Naomi spent the day lazing in the sunshine on the deck and entertaining the other guests - at one point raising her arms in the air while addressing the 44 year-old host as he reclined with the two other women.
Thankfully, there was no sign of her famous hot temper.
Last month it emerged that the statuesque brunette had been ordered to pay undisclosed damages to an Italian photographer who accused her of an attack that put him in hospital.
