Makeup Transformation - Are Cosmetics Make-up Deceptive?

Umm... The cosmetologist that did this job, deserves an Award of Excellence. But wouldn't this be considered deceit on the part of the woman? And men are blamed for being deceitful? IJS...
There has been a lot of controversy saying girls who wear makeup can't be trusted and so on. What do you think? Are cosmetics deceptive and wrong?  
I don't think it's right for people to criticize ladies who wear makeup. The biggest transformation here is their skin as different women have different skin conditions, including hyperpigmentation, eczema, acne scars, etc. 

I don't think wearing cosmetics is wrong, I just think that wearing too much of it, to the extent you wear make and you don't look like yourself is kind of like false advertisement. Yes, makeup is fun and it's meant to "enhance natural beauty", not to make yourself look like someone totally different. I have mixed feelings about wearing make-up after seeing these pictures, because some individuals look entirely different with makeup on, trying to conceal their tribal marks is going too far and deceptive for me.
