
Harry, who will meet President Obama at the White House later this evening, arrived to loud cheers from soldiers and their families - many of whom had been waiting for hours to catch a glimpse of the royal. But not even the rain - the tail end of Hurricane Patricia - could dampen spirits, with locals saying the royal visit 'means a lot' and that Harry is 'very welcome'. Speaking ahead of Harry's appearance, Mary Cisowski, who is married to a US Marine veteran, said seeing Prince Harry and Mrs Obama is 'a real perk'.
