Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Arrive At Buckingham Palace for Queen's Christmas Lunch

The royal couple arrive for the traditional lunch.
Prince Harry and fiancée Meghan Markle have arrived at Buckingham Palace for the Queen's Christmas lunch.

The newly-engaged royal couple, who are to wed in May next year, were pictured arriving at the palace in a Land Rover Discovery.

The Queen traditionally hosts a festive lunch for her family before leaving for her private Sandringham estate, where she spends December 25.

American actress Ms Markle will join the Queen and other senior members of the royal family for Christmas Day.

It is a break with tradition with the honour usually only extended to married partners.
Harry and Meghan got engaged on November 27 after weeks of fevered speculation.
