This is the wreckage of the power bike which Yusuf Buhari, the Son of President Muhammadu Buhari got crashed in Abuja and sustained injuries in the head and broken limb. He has since been flown abroad for medical attention according to some sources. It's sad. We wish him the quickest recovery.
The recklessness in riding power bikes in Abuja roads by mostly children of the rich calls for a serious concern for the safety of not only the riders but motorists on the roads. They have constituted nuisance and terrifying inhabitants in the Federal Capital Territory, its high time measures are taken to check the excesses.
It has also open another chapter in the deplorable condition of our healthcare delivery system especially the State House Clinic where the first family are supposed to receive medical attention but it was said to be in comatose without even basic medical equipments despite the billions of naira in budgetary provisions over the years"
