They don't mail out letters anymore. All communications are sent digitally now, so this nicely folded paper is completely fake, even at first glace. The font is wrong. It's missing the new symbol. The style guide isn't being followed. But it touches on things that people want to believe, just like so many other conspiracy theory things that are circulating so widely right now.
