Man Spotted At Heathrow Airport UK With Baby Strapped To His Back

Is this a weird sight or an adorable one? According to twitter user @GabbyDarko, he sighted this UK-based African father at Heathrow airport carrying his baby on his back with wrapper to board a flight to Ghana.

13-YEAR OLD GIRL ARRESTED WITH EXPLOSIVE PACKED VEST AROUND HER WAIST IN KANO

This 13-year-old girl pictured above was allegedly arrested by the police in Kano State yesterday December 11th; she was caught with explosives wrapped around her waist.

The girl was arrested after she and a male accomplice walked into a clinic seeking medical treatment. Suspicious hospital staff alerted police who immediately arrested the two.

On searching her, Police discovered explosives hidden under her hijab.

A bomb explosion has reportedly ripped through a popular market in Kano, killing scores of persons and wounding several others.

Eye-witnesses say the explosive was planted at a crowded motor park known as Falil Parking, close to Kantin Kwari market along the Ibrahim Taiwo Road in the city.

The bomb reportedly went off around 3.00pm.

The French Ambassador to Nigeria, Jacques Champagne de Labriolle, has issued a statement about the Chad-bound aircraft detained by Nigerian authorities at the Aminu Kano Airport in Kano.

In the statement, the ambassador admitted his country chartered the Russian aircraft to help it convey some military hardware from Bangui (Central African Republic) to Ndjamena (Niger).

Less than 24 hours after denying that the Chad-bound arms-laden cargo aircraft arrested in Kano has links with its country, the Russian government has now admitted that it is indeed Russian.

It however said the military hardware aboard the plane belongs to France.

The Eastern European country had said through its embassy in Nigeria on Saturday night that the plane wasn’t Russian and that it had no link with that country.

The Russian airplane intercepted by Nigerian authorities Saturday on its way to neighbouring Chad, was transporting a large cache of AK47s and bullet proof vests, and even a helicopter, images of the contents of the aircraft.
