Maleah Davis Update: Bombshell Allegations Against Stepfather

Houston community activist Quanell X accused Maleah Davis's stepfather, Darion Vence, of abusing the 4-year-old who has been missing for a week.


Quanell called a press conference on Friday afternoon, saying he wanted to make an "urgent statement" in Maleah's disappearance.

Quanell said police removed evidence from an apartment that Vence shared with his fiancee, Brittany Bowens, Maleah and her two brothers. The community activist said evidence recovered from the apartment shows a crime had been committed there.

Quanell, who is representing Bowens, claimed there is surveillance video of Vence carrying a garbage bag and cleaning items including a bottle of bleach from the apartment.

Quanell said Vence abused Maleah inside the apartment he shared with Bowens and her three children. Quanell admitted Bowens did not report the abuse to authorities.

The Houston Police Department tells Fox News affiliate Fox26 that Darion Vence is now a suspect.

Vence claims he was carjacked by three Hispanic males who knocked him unconscious and took Maleah late Friday while he was on his way to the airport to pick up Maleah’s mother. Vence claims he, Maleah and his 2-year-old son were abducted by the three unknown males who stole his silver 2008 Nissan Altima and sped off with Maleah.

Three Siblings Convicted Of Laundering Nearly £1m For The Black Axe, In Greenwich, London.

Three siblings who were working directly for the leader of a notorious Nigerian crime gang have been convicted of laundering nearly £1m for the Black Axe organised crime syndicate through UK bank accounts.

Okemiorukaye Nakpodia, 56, was found guilty of conspiracy to money launder at Woolwich Crown Court today (8 May 2019). Esther Nakpodia, 35, Unuakpotovo Nakpodia, 46, both pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing.

All three siblings, who live in Greenwich in London, will next appear at the same court on 24 May 2019 for sentencing.

A 27-year-old single mother, Nneka Donatus, who sold her baby for N600,000 to buy a phone and wrapper has been arrested by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Imo State Police Command. Nneka who sold her baby girl a day after putting to bed, was arrested alongside her accomplices said to be a level 12 civil servant at the state Ministry of Women Affairs, Ujunwa Udechukwu, 40; and Nneoma Onwusereaka, 37. 

The mother who admitted that she sold her baby for N600,000 to buy a phone and wrapper, told Punch's correspondent that she was not ready to keep the baby girl having given birth to five children already.

Housewife And Her Pastor Lover Sentenced To Death For The Murder Of Her Husband

A High Court in Benin on Thursday, sentenced a housewife Eniobong Isonguyo and her pastor lover, Udoka Ukachukwu, to death for the murder of her husband, Engr. Victor Gabriel Isonguyo, a staff of Nigerian National Petroleum Company NNPC, Benin, Edo State in 2013.

During the trial, the prosecuting counsel told Court, that the murder of the deceased was carried out by the convicts so as to cover up the pregnancy accusation by the deceased while he was away.

“The deceased’s wife told the pastor to wait on the route of her husband to work and ask him for a ride. The plan paid off as the man eventually stopped and gave the pastor a ride along Sapele road Benin. During the journey, the said pastor brought out a sharp object and hit him on his neck before opening the petrol tank sipped out fuel and burnt him beyond recognition,”

A suspected serial rapist and blackmailer Knakumo Aniso has been apprehended by a team of Bayelsa State Volunteers led by Mr Godwin Avidi.

The suspect, 27, who hails from Odi Kolokuma, Bayelsa state, was trailed to his hideouts after Bayelsa State Volunteers got a report of an incident on Tuesday.

The victim, Gesiere (surname withheld), a 4-month-old pregnant married woman narrated that the suspect broke into her home two weeks ago, and raped her at gunpoint, while her husband was away.

She added that he was very ruthless and even when she pleaded with him that she was pregnant, he refused to halt the heinous act.

Two suspected members of a robbery gang that connived with a fleeing house-boy were yesterday, arrested at Ladipo market, in Mushin area of Lagos, while attempting to sell the stolen vehicle, a Highlander jeep. 

Meanwhile, the house-boy, identified simply as Goodluck, is still on the run. 

Explaining how the suspects struck on April 29, 2019, to VANGUARD, Mrs Abiola Abegunde, said, she left her Igando abode at about 10.30 am, to fix her faulty phone, leaving her mother and her three-year-old daughter with the house-boy. 

According to her, “ I was within the vicinity when I heard the sound of our gate opened. When I looked closely I saw the house boy Goodluck, opening the gate for my father’s highlander jeep to go out of the compound.

“There are quite a lot of challenges, but we’re moving,” Dangote told reporters at a conference in Paris about the plant, which is being built near Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital, and designed to process 650,000 barrels of crude daily. “We’re still targeting next year for commissioning.”
