Trump's Secret Service Permanently Ends White House Sidewalk Access

The Trump administration has permanently shut down public access to the sidewalk outside of the south fence of the White House, among other restrictions, USA Today reported Wednesday.

That section of the street has been off-limits from 11:00pm to 6:00am since 2015, but it did not open again Thursday morning once it was shut down for the night on Wednesday. In a statement, the Secret Service said the sidewalk was closed off permanently to "lessen the possibility of individuals illegally accessing the White House grounds."

An 'evil' herbalist has tragically ended the life a young man who consulted him for money ritual in a bid to get quick riches in Osogbo, the Osun State capital.

The quest of a 40-year-old vulcaniser, Oderinde Sunday, to be rich through money ritual ended tragically for him, as the herbalist he consulted allegedly killed him and dumped his body on the road side after collecting N400,000 from him in Osogbo, Osun State.

But the suspected killer, 34-year-old Saheed Adekunle, resident in 24 Alaperin street, Sabo area, Osogbo, had no hiding place, as the Osun State Police Command uncovered the tracks he thought he had perfectly covered and arrested him.

The Central Bank of Nigeria has directed Deposit Money Banks to suspend charges on over-the-counter or ATM withdrawals of above N500,000 or deposit of same amount.

5 Arrested And Charged With A Nigerian Marriage Fraud Scheme In Houston

Five Houston residents were charged in a seven-count indictment that was unsealed Wednesday alleging their involvement in a marriage fraud scheme involving Nigerian nationals.

These charges were announced by U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson, Southern District of Texas, along with Brian M. Moskowitz, special agent in charge of Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Houston.

A man fatally shot three people in less than two minutes in what police in Fresno, California, are calling a hate crime.

The three victims from the shooting rampage Tuesday were white, and apparently chosen at random, police said. The suspect, Kori Ali Muhammad, 39, is black.

Muhammad had posted on social media a dislike for white people and government officials, Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said. He also yelled "Allahu Akbar" (God is greatest) when he was arrested Tuesday, officials said.

"We do not believe ... that this is a terrorist-related crime," Dyer told reporters. "This is solely based on race."

The FBI is assisting in the investigation.
