X Factor judge Simon Cowell showed up on the Wednesday live show with a bloated face, puffy eyes and what looked like a growing double chin, quite different from the how he looked from previous.
Though rumours have it before that the Tv Star founder has had a number of cosmetic procedures to keep him looking as young and youthful, he seemed puffy and bloated during Wednesday's show.
