Kelly-Mary Fauvrelle's baby son Riley has died five days after being rescued from his heavily-pregnant mother's womb as police today released CCTV of the prime suspect in her murder.
The hooded figure was filmed sprinting from her home seconds after the 26-year-old was stabbed to death in Thornton Heath at 3.30am on Saturday.
Minutes before the murder the same suspect can also be seen calmly strolling towards her property in south London as the Met urged the public to help detectives find him.
Kelly-Mary's baby boy, named Riley, was delivered by paramedics at the scene and was given a 50/50 chance of survival but perished this morning at 3.10am. The Met are still considering whether his death should also be treated as murder.
Detective Chief Inspector Mick Norman is leading the investigation and said today: 'This morning, we heard the sad news that Kelly's baby son, Riley, has died in hospital. Our thoughts remain with their family.

The same man is then seen running at top speed away from Kelly-Mary's home as the Met identify their key suspect
'This tragic development makes it even more important that anyone with information comes forward as a matter of urgency. We need to identify the man shown in the footage'.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of Miss Fauvrelle's murder - but were released  - and now Met detectives appear to have identified their prime suspect.
In new CCTV released by Scotland Yard today the man they want to trace is seen walking towards Kelly's address at around 3.15am on Saturday morning - just before the murder.
Around 10 minutes later, the same suspect can be seen running back along Raymead Avenue, away from Kelly's address, toward Colliers Water Lane in Thornton Heath.
Kelly Mary Fauvrelle, 26, was found suffering from stab wounds at her home in Thornton Heath, south London, in the early hours of Saturday morning and died from her injuries
The death of Riley this morning takes the total number of murders being investigated in London by Scotland Yard so far this year to 67.
Five people were killed in just 25 hours over the weekend - the other three being in Lambeth and Newham on Saturday, and Southwark on Sunday.
Some 14 people were killed in June in the capital.
DCI Norman, of the Met's Homicide and Major Crime Command is leading the investigation, and said today: 'The release of this footage is the next step in what has been a fast-paced, and extremely challenging investigation.
'We need to identify the man shown in the footage urgently, even if only to eliminate him from our enquiries. I need to hear from anyone who knows who he is. If this is you, it is imperative that you contact my team immediately.
DCI Norman continues to appeal for any witnesses, CCTV or footage or anyone with any information at all that could assist, to come forward.
Kelly Mary was eight months pregnant at the time and her baby, which a relative said is a boy, was delivered and taken to hospitalKelly Mary was eight months pregnant at the time and her baby, which a relative said is a boy, was delivered and taken to hospital
He said: 'A dedicated team of detectives are working day and night on this investigation.
'We have assured Kelly's family - and I want to assure local residents and the wider public too – that we are doing absolutely everything in our power to find the person responsible.
'I am aware that there is some speculation about whether Kelly's attacker was known to her. At this stage we simply are not in a position to say and we must retain an open mind.
'One of the key aims of my investigation is to build a complete picture of Kelly's life and the people with whom she was in contact, but I also need to consider other possible scenarios.
'Members of the public may have useful information, and I am today reiterating my appeal for anyone who may know anything that will assist the investigation to make contact as soon as possible'
