CLARIFICATION: Presidency Denies Report That Chibok Girl Amina Ali Was Accompanied To Abuja By Her Abductor

The presidency has made some clarification on the controversy about the identity of the man who followed the rescued Chibok girl to the state House yesterday.

The the man who followed Amina Nkeki to the state house is her elder brother and not the Boko Haram predator who got her pregnant.

Also, Amina is the only surviving female in a family of 13. She is not the only child of her family as was earlier speculated.

China has been forced to deny claims that it is marinating dead bodies, canning them and selling them as a meat product in Africa, after a bizarre Facebook hoax went viral.

Rumours of the alleged trade in human meat first began circulating on social media thanks to a series of photographs of what appeared to be skinned people in a meat factory.

Zambian press was accused of encouraging the rumours, after publishing articles that quoted alleged sources from inside the Chinese meat factories.

EgyptAir flight MS804 from Paris to Cairo goes missing

The Airbus A320 (pictured centre on previous flight) left the French capital's Charles De Gaulle Airport at 11:09pm local time on Wednesday night and then went missing, three hours and 40 minutes into its journey. The plane vanished 10 miles into Egyptian airspace over the Mediterranean Sea, 20 minutes before it was due to land. It was supposed touch down at 3:05am local time.

Emotions ran high in Chibok yesterday as the first of 219 school girls abducted by Boko Haram insurgents over two years ago was brought to the village for identification.
Amina Ali was rescued on Tuesday night in Bale village at the edge of the Sambisa forest by a Chibok vigilante group which handed her over to the military.

Amina Ali, was airlifted by Nigeria Air Force Super Puma aircraft from Damboa to Maiduguri, Borno State alongside her baby and supposed husband, Mohammed Hayatu. Prior to that, they were examined at Air Force medical facility and were found to be stable and normal blood pressure was observed.

Okafor Ifeanyi Anthony, 36, and Adibe Paschal, 35, were arrested and have been charged over allegedly transporting more than 1kg of cocaine into Cambodia. They allegedly swallowed the drugs to sneak them into the Kingdom from the United Arab Emirates. A total of 70 wraps of cocaine were excreted by the duo, who if found guilty, could each face up to 25 years in prison

Three girls have been saved from death after an evil pastor chained and locked them in a room for weeks to die.
