An event devoid of crisis heralded the grand entry of Sanusi Lamido Sanusi into the Emir palace in kano to ascend to the throne as Emir of Kano.
A convoy of cars left the Kano State government house around 3:30PM accompanied by well-wishers, palace guard and Kano chief to break the wall for the Emir's entry into the palace. triumphant
