A money ritual ceremony has ended in a horrible fashion as traditional healer and client are found n*ked and dead inside a room.
A shocking incident has claimed the life of a 60 year-old herbalist, Kareemu Okeyode and his client,Oladele Bakare (51), who died yesterday afternoon, while allegedly “conducting rigorous rituals and incantations to conjure up money”.
According to source, Okeyode entered his “sacred room” with Bakare in the morning after he had prepared many fetish objects, including an incense powder, for the ritual.
However, things took another turn after concerned neighbours noticed the unusual calm inside the “sacred room”.
Worried, they knocked on the door in the afternoon and got no response only to be left shocked after forcing the door open. They discovered the bodies of Okeyode and Bakare dead in the room. They alerted the police about the discovery.
Speaking on the incident, acting police spokesman Abimbola Oyeyemi revealed that two men were pulled out of the room naked.
Oyeyemi said the two men locked themselves up in the “sacred room” during the ritual and that “it was very likely that they died of suffocation in the room suffused with smoke of burning incense”.
