According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Hudson, 36, agreed to allow Otunga into the home to pack his and the boy’s things.
Court documents say Otunga, 37, must be completely out of the house by December 11. He is allowed to have three people come and help him move out. Hudson was granted exclusive possession of the property because she is the sole owner.
Earlier this week a judge granted Otunga primary custody of David Jr.
Hudson, who is in London shooting “The Voice UK”, agreed to drop a restraining order against him.
She plans to travel from Europe to Los Angeles to tape “The Voice” and to visit her son.
Hudson and Otunga have been ordered not to post photos or videos of each other on social media. But he is allowed to photograph and videotape his personal property when he visits the house.
Otunga and his son have already moved into a new home.
The Harvard-trained lawyer and former WWE wrestler accused Hudson of cheating on him with music producer Mali Music.
Hudson denied a romantic involvement with Mali, whom she met when she hired him to work at a party.
Hudson’s fans took Otunga’s side in the custody drama, with many agreeing that a boy should reside with his father rather than a highly emotional woman.
