Nigerians Can Eat Anything! Villagers In Sapele Caught A Manatee & Shared Its Meat After Killing It (Photos)

A group of villagers in Sapele area of Delta State caught this creature which appears to be a West African manatee or sea cow. After killing the herbivorous animal, they decided to slice it open in order to share the meat for themselves.

A Nigerian researcher, Amama Benn Benedict is not happy with the villagers from Sapele in Delta State, who caught this creature that looks like a pig.

Taking to Twitter to raise concern, Amama said they should have sent it to an institute for research purposes or to a Zoo.
