30-Year-Old Man Who Raped 10-Year-Old Girl In Benin, Granted Bail.

A suspect who was arrested for raping a minor in Edo state has been reportedly granted bail. The 30-year-old suspect identified as Mr. Nwachukwu Benjamin was granted bail today by a magistrate court in Benin city, the state capital after allegedly defiling a 10-year-old girl.

Civil rights activist; Israel Joe who shared the news - claimed that the alleged rapist's family vowed to use their wealth to ensure his freedom before he was released today.

It was reported that the case was transferred to State CID Benin and was allegedly compromised by the investigating police officer IPO.

Buhari: The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) Blames Saraki For Impeachment Threat

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has condemned the National Assembly’s threat to impeach President Muhammad Buhari.

Two female tenants from Cross River State, identified as Mercy and Rose who reportedly moved to Utese village in Ovia North East local government area three weeks ago after they told their landlord that they do farm work and also engaged in hair making, have reportedly disappeared with their landlord's two children.

The two kids whose names were given as  Amada aged four and Christable aged two, were left in the custody of the tenants by their mother who went to the stream to wash her clothes. The distraught parents who made inquiries after the tenants disappeared, were told by residents of the village that they saw them stopping vehicles on the highway and they thought they were taking the children out as usual. When their room was broken into, it was discovered that they took their few belongings and vanished.

Kathleen Dehmlow passed away on Thursday in Springfield, Minnesota. According to her obituary in the Redwood Falls Gazette, she was not a very good person. It states that after she married Dennis Dehmlow in 1957, the couple had two children, Gina and Jay. 2019: Saraki, Dogara, Baraje Others Pull Out Of Talks With Presidency

The leadership of the new Peoples Democratic Party, nPDP, the splinter group from Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, that coalesced with All Progressives Congress, APC, to give victory to President Muhammadu Buhiari in 2015, has withdrawn from further talks with the Presidency on how to win the next general elections.
The group, led by Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje, said in Abuja, yesterday, that they had since discovered that the Presidency was not sincere in its discussion with the group but was actively negotiating with them in bad faith.

Baraje in a statement made available to Vanguard, yesterday, pointed out that it was wrong for the Presidency to embark on series of provocative actions with key members of the nPDP while the negotiations were ongoing.

According to the reports, the suspect was arrested following a complaint issued by one Owolabi Moses who reportedly made a complaint at the Onipanu divisional headquarters.

Moses stated that Idowu who is a driver with his pure water factory, had been bothering the deceased for a love affair but she always turned him down.
