The love-hate tango between actor and comedian, Babatunde Bernard aka Baba Tee, and his London-based ex-lover, Yetunde ‘Bustline’ Oduwole, has assumed an international dimension with the involvement of the London police.
E24-7 MAGAZINE revealed that Bustline dragged Baba Tee to Plumstead Police Station in London, UK, last week and demanded that he should be arrested. Her complaint was that Baba Tee made a video recording which she sent to him public.
However, in his defence, Baba Tee stated that during an interview,where he mentioned that Yetunde used to threaten him when they were still dating and even after they broke up, following which he was asked to provide proof that Yetunde used to threaten him, and he had to tender the video to buttress his claims. The police called him on Thursday, and he reported at the station on Friday, but the officers advised the erstwhile couple to make peace between themselves and settle their issues amicably. They also asked Bustline to keep away from Baba Tee.
It should be recalled that the duo have been at loggerheads for a while now ever since their affair hit the rocks. Bustline apparently did not take the demise of the relationship kindly and she has been telling anyone who cares to listen that Baba Tee got many things from her when the going was good, and that he has now transferred her properties, including clothes, to his new girlfriend.
She also made a video sometime ago in which she cried and threatened Baba Tee’s career and warned that he may not succeed in life if he does not get off her case. The video was sent by Baba Tee, who stated that Yetunde stalked him and pressured him to date her.
Meanwhile, Baba Tee, currently on vacation in London, is having a good time in the arms of his new lover, Modupe Odulate, an Engineer, and as the saying goes, life goes on.
