BBC Africa met Nelson to talk about the birth of her baby, Ryn, and also answer a few questions about her mother for the first time, an activist and a great actress. The stress she suffered from society when news of her pregnancy erupted in the media.
But, she revealed that she had let any form of stress happen to her because she was so focused on her baby. In the trailer for her pregnancy documentary 'Waiting for Ryn', she forwarded the process to the audience from the moment she found out she was pregnant. The prenatal trip to delivery, friends like John Dumelo, Yvonne Okoro etc. and family members, she celebrated the moment with. Watch the trailer below:
