Burkina Faso Coach Has Played Down His Side’s Chances In Sunday’s Crunch Final Saying The Burkinabes Were Happy Enough To Be Just In The Final.

arely hours before his side takes on Burkina Faso in the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations, Nigeria coach Stephen Keshi is sweating over the availability of strikers Emmanuel Emenike and Victor Moses.
And Burkina Faso coach Paul Put has played down his side’s chances in Sunday’s crunch final saying the Burkinabes were happy enough to be just in the final.
Meanwhile, injured star player Alain Traore has returned to the squad to render support to the team as they play their biggest game in the country’s history.
Addressing a pre-match conference here in Johannesburg, Keshi said the technical bench will wait till Sunday morning to be certain about the availability of the duo that has between themselves accounted for six of the Super Eagles’ 10 goals at the tournament so far.
“We will wait until tomorrow morning to determine the availability of the two players,” said Keshi.
And Put said his team would do everything to win the trophy.
“Of course, we will do everything but for us being in the final is already a victory but we will do everything to bring a smile on the faces of many Burkina people,” said Put who has struck a modest tone throughout his side’s extra ordinary run at the finals.

Both teams had a feel of the pitch to acquaint themselves with the turf a thing that Burkina Faso never experienced at Mbombela. The match kicks off at 20:30 hours
