Trump Shares A Photo Of 'Great Meeting' With Kim Kardashian In The Oval Office To Discuss Prison Reform

Donald Trump shared a photo of Kim Kardashian in the Oval Office after a 'great meeting' with her discussing prison reform and clemency for an imprisoned drug offender. 

The reality star spent an hour at the White House on Wednesday in a meeting with the president's son-in-law Jared Kushner that also included a conversation with Trump about a first-time drug offender and great-grandmother Alice Johnson who is serving a life sentence in prison.  

Johnson was imprisoned for life in 1996 for drug dealing and money laundering after her 15 accomplices all testified against her and had their own charges dropped - despite Johnson's minor role in the cocaine ring. It was her first offence.

After the meeting, Kardashian left the White House and headed for Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump's DC home.

Police Dog DIES As Axe-Wielding Man Shrieking ‘Allahu Akbar’ Attacks Armed Officers Who Shoot Him To The Ground In Dutch City Of Schiedam

The police shot down a 26-year-old man in Schiedam who was waving an axe with an axe. According to witnesses, he would also have called Allahu akbar. In the police systems, it is examined whether more is known about this man.
The man was shot when he attacked members of the arrest team who entered the apartment at Van den Tempelstraat. In the fighting that arose a police dog was seriously injured who later died. Update From The Lagos-Ibadan Railway Project

Prior to the assurance by the minister of transportation that the project will be completed by 2019, The Federal Government and the CCeCC, the company in charge of the Lagos-Ibadan Railway project seem to be leaving no stone unturned as to meet the 2019 deadline set by the Federal Government. 

The Federal Government has assured that the Lagos-Ibadan rail project will be completed by the fourth quarter of the year 2018.

The Minister of Transportation, Mr Rotimi Amaechi, said the Federal Government is committed to providing standard gauge rail service as soon as the grey areas are cleared for work to commence immediately.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has secured the conviction and sentencing of one Taiwo Michael Okunowo, an Internet fraudster, before Justice S.O. Solebo of the State High court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos on a one- count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence and possession of fraudulent documents.

The convict was arrested following intelligence report received by the Commission on December 15, 2017, about his fraudulent activities.

Award-winning Mavin act, Ayoleyi Hanniel Solomon better known as Reekado Banks, has revealed that former Super Eagles star, Emmanuel Emenike, who got married last weekend to former Miss Nigeria 2014, Iheoma Nnnadi, was divorced with former Miss Nigeria 2013.

In Benin, Edo State,  Iyen Igiebor, a Nigerian man who was reportedly deported to the country has taken it out on his wife.
The victim who is also battling to live through a machete attack was ambushed alongside mother while returning from a market at Ikpoba Hill located in the capital.

This is very sad. Many were were killed in a fatal accident which happened on Saturday, May 26 along Ohafia Abam in Abia state Nigeria. According to reports, the tragic incident which caused a scene in the area – claimed the lives of 7 passengers in a Passat car and 2 persons on a motorcycle.

Two persons who were trapped in the car were later confirmed dead after they were brought out by rescuers.

According to information gathered, the driver from Asaga whose wife reportedly gave birth to a baby girl was killed in the crash including a newlywed lady who just did her traditional marriage few days ago and was on her way going back to Umuahia, Abia state capital.

Court Orders Buhari To Prosecute Lawmakers Over Alleged Stealing Of N481bn

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos in a landmark judgement has ordered President Muhammadu Buhari to “urgently instruct security and anti-corruption agencies to forward to him reports of their investigations into allegations of padding and stealing of some N481 billion from the 2016 budget by some principal officers of the National Assembly.”

The Court also ordered President Buhari to “direct the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Abubakar Malami, SAN, and/or appropriate anti-corruption agencies to without delay commence prosecution of indicted lawmakers.”

The judgment was delivered yesterday by Justice Mohammed Idris following a mandamus suit no: FHC/L/CS/1821/2017 brought by Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP).
