Amina Augie; Female Supreme Court Justice Who Has Been Confirmed By The Senate

Kebbi state has gotten a Justice of the Supreme Court. Justice Amina Adamu Augie, was confirmed on Tuesday after her nomination by president Muhammadu Buhari. The Nigerian Senate confirmed the appointment of Justice Ejembi Eko and Justice Amina Augie, as justices of the nation’s highest court.

Justices Eko and Augie were interviewed by the NJC to replace Justices John Fabiyi, and Muhammad Muntaka-Coomasie, following their retirement.
