Stephanie Okereke-Linus Stars In "Boonville Redemption", A Hollywood Movie

Stephanie Okereke – Linus has in recent times enjoyed an upsurge in her career. Not only is she now a respected actress, she is also a well-regarded filmmaker in the world. She took it a bit further. 

She recently appeared in a Hollywood movie titled Boonville Redemption alongside other international actors such as, Pat Boone, Diane Ladd, Edward Asner, Emily Hoffman, Nicholas Neve Shari Rigby and Richard Tyson.


This is really a huge step for her and a welcomed development in Nigeria Nollywood. The movie she stared in touches on the issue of Slave Trade in America. It sees Stephanie play the role of Doris, a compassionate lady who forms a bond with Belinda, a young girl in search of her biological father. 

Doris is a free slave living with her uncle and she makes it a duty to be kind-hearted, taking care of 13-year-old Belinda’s grandmother, Miss Mary, as well as providing shelter for a young boy. The film was directed by Don Schroeder.
